What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Faculty Treasurer position at EAST SIDE HIGH SCHOOL?
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or training and experience that are considered equivalent.
- Post high school training desirable.
- Review invoices for all organizations excluding the Athletic Department.
- Good typing and computer skills required.
- Have strong organizational and communication skills, budget management and detailed oriented.
- Knowledge of standard bookkeeping practices.
- Must be available daily during the school year.
- Must be employed by the Paterson Public School District and on staff at Eastside High School Campus.
- Must provide monthly updates.
- Prepare annual financial statement to be submitted to the PPS Business Department.
- Reconciles/balances checking account.
- Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
- Pending budget availability
