What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar and Grill Cook position at EAST SIDE EDDIE'S?
We are looking for a part-time cook who can work Wednesday night 3:30p-9:30p, Friday night 3:30p-9:30p, Saturday night 3:30p-9:30p, Sunday night 3:30p-8:30p. Some shifts may be able to trade with a day shift, talk with us. I am willing to train the right person without as much experience. Shift requires a lot of standing, moving around a kitchen on concrete floors. Cooking on a flat top grill, fryers, steam table, prep, portion. Cleaning fryers, grill, dishes, floors, work surfaces, etc. You must be able to work alone and handle several tickets at once, at times. Looking for someone who cares about presentation and quality of the food you serve. Must also be dedicated to showing up to work on time, every day.
