What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Trainer position at East Side Athletic Club?
We are looking to hire new trainers/coaches for our gym! We've experienced a lot of success in the fitness industry and we're looking to find key individuals who want to help people and push themselves to be successful in the process.
Our space is a large commercial gym, but our business model is designed around providing high-end training and coaching to clients with various needs. Common needs of clients include weight loss, strength & conditioning, corrective exercise/pain management, nutrition coaching, and general accountability to a program. We want to have coaches who feed off of their own success as well as their clients. This position is for someone that's highly motivated and wants to stand out in their performance.
There is a lot of income potential within our pay scale and also potential for long term growth as we expand and scale our business. We will provide onboard training and make sure new coaches are well acclimated to our business and their job duties within it, but expect that coaches will be self sufficient when provided with the proper training.
Previous coaching and training experience required. Please provide details on certifications and education in field where applicable.
Given that we're looking for elite individuals and that looks different for each person, we understand that skills and experience may vary. We encourage those to apply that feel comfortable with the above work description. We have several newer coaches as well as coaches that have been working at a high level for many years. Our hiring decision will come down to finding the people right for our business/family.
Please provide a resume and letter of interest, as well as any questions you may have.
