What You’ll Do as a Team Member:
- Build professional connections with customers through friendly, confident, and engaging conversations.
- Develop a strong understanding of Verizon products, services, and business solutions to better support customer needs.
- Use thoughtful questions and active listening to uncover customer needs, priorities, and service expectations.
- Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and related steps to ensure a smooth experience.
- Keep customer and account details accurate and organized while following established company processes.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Willingness to learn new products, services, and processes.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work well with a team.
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
