Title: Family Support Provider
Location: Branford, CT
Type: Full-Time | $51,000–$55,000 | Excellent Benefits

Join the East Shore District Health Department and help build strong families in the greater New Haven area. As a Family Support Provider, you’ll work with parents and children from pregnancy through age five—helping every child get the best start possible.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct home and community visits to support families.
- Guide parents on early learning, child development, and positive parenting practices.
- Help families connect to community programs and resources.
- Facilitate group activities and build relationships with caregivers.
- Keep accurate, confidential records and documentation.

What You’ll Need
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood, Human Services, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Two years of experience working with children or families
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong communication skills and compassion for diverse families
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
