SNF looking for an experienced housekeeping supervisor.
Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:
- assigning daily cleaning tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff
- Inspecting guest rooms, communal areas, and other facilities for cleanliness and order
- Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and placing orders when necessary
- Training new housekeeping staff members on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Handling guest complaints and queries related to housekeeping services
- Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas of the establishment
- Scheduling shifts for housekeeping staff and managing their attendance
- Housekeeping Supervisor will regularly review and update housekeeping policies and procedures
- Participating in the selection of housekeeping staff
- Submitting reports on housekeeping activity and room occupancy to upper management

Housekeeping Supervisor Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
- Ability to operate various pieces of equipment to include: lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
