What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant position at East Peoria Dental Group?
We have a very exciting opportunity for the right person in our fun, energetic, and busy dental practice. Smiles are our business and we want to provide a setting where you can smile while helping others do the same. We are looking for an additional team member who can assist our dentists and make our patients feel like family. Self confidence and sound business decision-making is required. Our goal is to empower you to help coordinate the flow of our office like it is your office. The ability to assist our two dentists in various procedures is the major duty of this position, although cross training throughout the office is required/important to us. Previous dental experience (minimum 2 years) is IDEAL BUT NOT REQUIRED. Must be comfortable with assisting dental surgeries (dental implants, extractions, tissue grafting, etc). We also want someone who can do what needs to be done for the betterment of each of our team member's work and home lives.
