Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and analysis on various cases and legislation
- Draft legal documents, including memos, contracts, and briefs
- Attend client meetings and take notes to support discussions and strategic planning
- Support the team in case management and organizing documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing files
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program, preferably with a focus in Pre-Law or a related field
- Strong interest in legal issues and a desire to learn more about the legal process
- Excellent research and writing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
