Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, including wages up to $37 per hour and average wages for qualified Toolmakers starting at $32 per hour and Machinists starting at $27 per hour. Plus, we provide a $5,000 bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors.
