- Assist in the development of flow charts, FMEA’s, and control plans for all processes.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.
- Document testing processes and results for future reference.
- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues with CI processes.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and CI to identify potential quality problems. Gather and analyze data to investigate product quality issues, determine the root cause, and implement corrective actions to eliminate or reduce the cause.
- Assist in the development of flow charts, FMEA’s, and control plans for all processes.
- Apply basic statistical methods to diagnose and solve problems.
- Support the audit process and quality systems initiatives.
- Assist with compliance analysis, trending, and reporting.
- Assist and perform basic MSA studies.
- Participate in cross functional problem solving and Six Sigma teams.
- Perform other duties as required by quality management
- Responsible for producing a high quality product.
- Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engeering, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics and/or related field.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python. Mini Tab and Microsoft Suite (Power Bi, Excel, Power point etc.)
- Understanding of CI concepts and tools like Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
