Career Advancement Program (CAP) Services Coordinator (3/4 FTE)
Position Summary: The CAP Services Coordinator manages all aspects of the Career Advancement Program for eligible Corpsmembers, including the coordination of occupational training, paid work experiences, and the administration of individual training accounts (ITAs). Key Responsibilities:? Recruit and evaluate Corpsmembers for CAP eligibility and support the creation of individualized CAP Training Plans. ? Coordinate CAP services aligned with each Corpsmember's career goals, including occupational training and/or paid work experience placements. ? Track the use of ITA funds (up to $5,000 per participant), ensuring expenditures align with approved services such as tuition, supplies, stipends, and supportive services. ? Establish agreements with training providers and worksite sponsors; monitor quality and compliance. ? Promote CAP opportunities to Corpsmembers and employers; facilitate hiring of successful trainees. ? Collect and maintain CAP documentation including credentials, time sheets, and placement verification. ?
