CLEANING Grounds Maintenance Laborer, Part-Time
Location: J Percy Priest Lake, Nashville, TN
EAST O&M LLC is currently seeking Grounds Maintenance Laborer(s) for the Operations and Maintenance of Government Owned Facilities and Equipment at J Percy Priest Lake.
Location is a recreational site that includes boating, fishing, swimming, camping, and hiking.
Primary Responsibilities:
Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition Government property and grounds and maintains restrooms, bathhouses, offices, etc. Duties involve a combination of the following: Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; and providing supplies.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures
Knowledge of grounds maintenance services
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English language
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening & physical
COMPENSATION:
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Hourly wage will be $23.31 ($18.22 plus cash payment Health and Welfare of $5.09) as a part time seasonal Grounds Maintenance Laborer.
