Objective:
The Executive Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to company leadership and the operations team. This position is responsible for data entry and reporting, supporting company compliance efforts, maintaining records, organizing employee engagement activities, and assisting with daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
· Enter and maintain productivity data and generate reports on a regular basis.
· Lead the compliance with NACC requirements and manage annual audits.
· Coordinate employee recognition programs, including birthdays, work anniversaries, retirements, and other milestones.
· Plan and organize company events, meetings, and employee appreciation activities.
· Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring documentation is organized and up to date.
· Provide administrative support to the operations team and assist with special projects.
· Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents as needed.
· Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
· Schedule and coordinate regular management and company meetings.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
· Previous administrative or office support experience highly preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Working Conditions:
· Requires sedentary work, sitting, and typing (up to 8 hours per working day)
· Both office and outdoors; possible exposure to loud noises and construction zones
· Daytime travel may be required
