Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Veterinarian at East Lake Animal Clinic, located in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing routine and complex surgical procedures, providing preventative care, and educating pet owners about the health and wellness of their animals. The Associate Veterinarian will work closely with a team of veterinary professionals to deliver high-quality care and build strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in small animal diagnostics, treatment planning, and conducting medical evaluations
- Competence in performing surgical procedures and dental care
- Strong client communication skills and ability to educate pet owners about their pets' health
- Compassion, commitment to animal welfare, and maintaining professionalism in patient care
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the state of Minnesota
