- Monday–Friday schedule with every weekend off
- Available shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Available shifts:
- Overtime opportunities available
- Clear path to advance into machine operator roles
- Pay Range: $17.16 – $19.10 per hour
- Night Shift Premium: $2.00/hour

As a Parts Inspection amp; Packaging Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring plastic components meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. This position is perfect for individuals starting out in manufacturing or looking to grow into more advanced production roles.

As a Parts Inspection amp; Packaging Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring plastic components meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. This position is perfect for individuals starting out in manufacturing or looking to grow into more advanced production roles.
What you’ll do:
- Inspect plastic parts for quality, defects, and consistency
- Sort and count products according to order specifications
- Package finished parts and prepare them for shipment
- Label and organize materials accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
- Support team members and learn basic machine operations over time
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
