AUTOMOTIVE FULL-CHARGE BILLER

East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston/Roslyn seeks full-charge biller to join our results-

oriented team. The ideal candidate is an experienced Auto Biller who wants to work with an industry leader. An automotive billing/financial background is preferred; however, we will train the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Stocking in all incoming units

 Verifying the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale

 Receiving and processing all paperwork from the F&I department

 Preparing tax and title documents

 Ensuring that all vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and

submitted

 Package deals to send to bank for funding

 Providing additional administrative support as needed

 Maintains an orderly accounting system

QUALIFICATIONS

 DMV knowledge is preferred

 Experience preferred, but willing to train

 Must have the ability to separate deals

 Must know Verifi system

 Strong computer and internet skills

 Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

 Able to deal with confidential information appropriately

 Highly organized and detail oriented

 Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy

 Highly professional and dependable

 Strong problem solving and analytical skillsall vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
