Role Description
The Agency Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Pensacola, FL. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying client needs, and presenting tailored employee benefits solutions. You will actively prospect for new business, close sales opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships with clients. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with internal teams to support client onboarding and retention efforts. We train from the ground up, so no experience is necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills, with ability to identify and meet client needs effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales opportunities
- Experience with employee benefits or HR administration software is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or in a related field is preferred
