Following the established EHEA Salary Guide ranging from $65,078 to $108,139.

Leave Replacement Benefits Note
A certificated staff member hired by the District as a Long Term Leave Replacement for 90 or more consecutive calendar days will be provided the opportunity to enroll in health benefits (medical, prescription, dental). These benefits are for single coverage only and are restricted to the New Jersey Educators or Garden State Health Plans. An employee may elect not to participate in District benefits; however, there is no paid waiver option available for Long Term Leave Replacement employees.
Eligible employees will receive prorated sick, personal, and bereavement leave, in accordance with district policy
FMLA/NJFLA are provided for eligible staff members.
