Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, inside and out, and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness within our facility. This position is essential for ensuring that all items are laundered and folded to the highest standards, contributing to a welcoming environment for our guests.
Duties
- Launder various types of linens, towels, and garments according to established procedures.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry items for distribution.
- Inspect items for stains or damage before laundering and report any issues as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area inside and outside, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and notify management when stock is low.
