Wood Memorial Middle/High School is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Integrated Chemistry and Physics/Biology/STEM teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year! We are a student-centered school committed to academic excellence, fostering curiosity, and preparing students for success.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Inspire and challenge students with engaging, rigorous instruction in math and science.
Create a supportive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged.
Use data-driven teaching strategies to differentiate instruction and meet diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and integrate STEM-based learning experiences.
Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and a love for learning in a hands-on, inquiry-based classroom.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or a related field.
Valid IN Teaching License
Experience with project-based learning and technology integration is a plus.
