Customer Service Representative / Scheduler – Full Time
East End Pool King is looking for a sharp, organized, and confident CSR / Scheduler to be the voice of our company.
This is a front-line execution role responsible for answering phones, booking appointments, and protecting the daily schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls with a smile. Be professional and confident
- Book service calls, estimates, and follow-ups (service and construction)
- Manage and optimize technician schedules
- Confirm appointments via phone/text/email
- Communicate clearly with customers and field staff
