Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage provider calendars
- Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
- Collect copays, balances, and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle general administrative tasks and maintain front office organization
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical front desk role
