HOME HEALTH AIDE NEEDED IN GREENPORT, LONG ISLAND

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour, paid weekly. Home Health services needed for a elderly male in Greenport, Long Island. Monday - Friday 12 pm - 8 pm. 

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Observe and report changes in clients' condition to supervisory staff.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.

• Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate.

• Must have been employed or registered with a licensed home care agency within the past two (2) years, or otherwise meet New York State eligibility requirements.

• Ability to work independently and follow a plan of care.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Must successfully complete the agency's hiring process, including background screening, health requirements, and verification of credentials.
