What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel receptionist/MA + Office Transcriptionist position at East End Hand Surgery?
Travel receptionist/MA: Travel to various satellite offices located across Suffolk, Nassau, and Queens. Travel with staff and potentially be the driver of company car. Check in patients and handle intake and exam paperwork. Fast paced and multitasking required. Travel 1-3/wk. Need to be able to start as early as 7:15/7:30am. Must be available to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Sessions typically completed within 4hrs.
Office Transcriptionist: Non-travel days will take place at our home office in Port Jefferson. Transcriptionist would be responsible for typing medical records for the doctor and helping to prep and finalize IME reports. Hours are flexible on office days - hours will depend on amount of work available. Individual must be detail oriented, self-starter and reliable.
