Medical Assistant/Receptionist Position – East End Podiatry Practice
We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/Receptionist for our east end podiatry practice. This role requires a candidate with a strong professional work ethic and polished image, as well as someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule
· Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
· Most Fridays: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
· Collaborating closely with the doctor
· Managing patient flow to exam rooms
· Taking and recording vital signs
· Performing digital X-rays
· Entering patient data into the EMR system
· Scheduling patient appointments
· Answering telephone calls
· Other related duties as assigned
Additional Requirements
· Successful completion of a background check
