Position: Temporary Strong Readers Act Tutors - Certified (3 openings, 20 hours)
Reports to: Site/Building Principal and Reading Specialist/Literacy Coach
Supervises: None
Qualifications:
- Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate.
- Satisfy all district requirements with regard to physical health and citizenship.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Position Goal: To provide intensive remediation in reading to students on Academic Progress Plans.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Work with individual and/or small group instruction.
Employment Terms: Temporary Certified Contract; as needed
FLSA Qualification: Non-exempt
