USD #109 is currently seeking to fill an Elementary Music position. East Elementary is seeking a passionate and dedicated elementary music teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music, a passion for educating students, and a collaborative instructional approach. Republic County is a community that supports the arts at all levels. This position is one of three music teachers in the school district. District currently pays for a $500 deductible Single Health and a Dental Plan and a $10,000 Life Insurance Policy. Other benefits available through the Cafeteria plan. 12 days leave per year accumulating to 80 leave days. Base Salary is $45,000 for the 2025-2026 school year. Salary is based on education and years of experience.

Republic County Unified School District No. 109 is a consolidated district comprised of the communities of Agenda, Belleville, Cuba, Munden, Narka, and Republic and is located in Belleville, Kansas in north central Kansas. The district is 560 square miles and has two attendance centers. East Elementary consists of Grades Pre-K through Grade 5, and the Junior Senior High School is Grades 6-12.
