We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in sales.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and sales readiness
• Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities
• Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
• Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets
  
  

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
