Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the administration and coordination of workforce development programs and other government and grant-funded initiatives. This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with applicable requirements, and effective communication between internal staff, employers, and partners.
This position supports a portfolio of economic development and workforce initiatives, requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders and funding sources. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow into a project coordination role with increasing responsibility over time. This is an early- to mid-career role designed for someone who can support day-to-day program operations while developing the skills to manage projects and compliance requirements independently.
Contract & Program Administration
- Assist with tracking deliverables for state, federal, and grant-funded programs
- Coordinate with employers, partners, and stakeholders on program participation and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of participant data, program activities, and supporting documentation
- Support contract and program administration, including tracking deliverables, deadlines, and reporting requirements
- Assist in preparing and submitting invoices, reports, and required documentation in accordance with program and funding requirements
- Assist with audits by organizing and maintaining required documentation and records
- Support onboarding of program participants and partners, including collecting eligibility documentation and entering data into required systems
- Support tracking of budget allocations and proper use of program funds
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining files
- Maintain project timelines and task tracking (ClickUp or similar)
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, slide decks, and reports
- Organize and maintain shared files and documentation (Google Drive/SharePoint)
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools effectively

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
