Veterinary Client Service Representative

We are a privately-owned, AAHA accredited practice seeking a client service rep to manage front of house and hospital operations. This person is the face our clinic, the first point of contact for our clients and the voice of our hospital. They are also the first to administer treats and belly rubs.

A successful candidate will posses the following:

· Exceptional customer service. This includes personal skills needed for client engagement and conflict resolution. A warm, friendly and professional demeanor with patients, clients and co-workers is vital.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities based on importance and urgency

· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally under pressure, even while Cujo is giving you the death stare.

· Attention to detail and meticulous note taking.

· A willingness to positively contribute to the work environment as a team player.

· Be teachable and willing to grow. Simple yet crucial.

It is also important that the candidate be presentable at all times, have a great attitude, and practice self-care.

This Service representative is responsible for:

· Supporting clients in their requests and ensuring a welcoming experience

· Providing prompt and timely responses to client needs

· Receiving and discharging clients

· Maintaining multiple appointment schedules

· Handling various administrative tasks/special projects including support of inventory control

· Manage multi-line phone, text, and email systems regarding appointment requests, prescription refills, specialty referrals and more.

We are in search of the perfect candidate to fill this permanent position. If you have a will to learn we can train the right person, however a knowledge in healthcare or pet services is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
