Expo/Food Runner

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all food orders are accurate and presented beautifully.
• Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• A background in food preparation or cooking is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
