Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced person to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in food service, culinary arts, or the food industry, who are passionate about providing excellent meal experiences. The successful candidate will contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in a professional environment.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKNIGHT AND WEEKENDS FROM THE HOURS OF 10AM-11PM.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to presentation and flavor.
• Assist in menu planning to meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards during all food handling processes.
• Support food service operations, including serving meals and catering events.
• Utilize knife skills for precise food preparation and ingredient handling.
• Assist in meal assembly, plating, and garnishing for fine dining or catering occasions.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely delivery of meals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dietary departments, culinary roles, or food service environments such as restaurants or catering.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques.
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with fine dining standards and food presentation skills.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food preparation methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the food industry or related culinary fields is preferred.
