Description

Itemized Responsibities

  • Respond to customers inquiries via phone and email.
  • Track and trace freight at different customers and locations.
  • Invoicing.
  • Resolve customer issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Work with various steamship lines and/or freight customers release dates.
  • Navigate through systems for problem solving.
  • Daily monitoring of all systems activity related to customer orders, and shipments.
  • Assist in the coordination to meet customer specific KPI's (metrics) with leadership team.
  • Respond in a timely and professional manner to internal and external customer e-mails, inquiries, needs, questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Establish a solid working relationship / rapport with all internal and external customers.
  • Prepare and distribute required customer reports on open orders and short orders.
  • Update customer profile information/guides/SOPs for all assigned accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $21 per hour
