Job Overview
Our agency is looking to hire an Experienced Escrow Processor for our New Smyrna Beach, Florida location. We offer an excellent salary, benefit package and pto policy.
This position requires a customer service professional focused on delivering exceptional service for real estate buyers, sellers, realtors and lenders.
The candidate be responsbile for ordering and clearing title requirements, ensuring the files are ready for closing, scheduling the parties for closing and handling customer inquiries as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least 2 years' title processing experience in the title industry, including 1 year in Florida
- Energetic team player who is positive, has a great sense of humor and a professional image
- Must have excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in windows based computing; literate in MS Word, Email and the Web
- Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize work
- Must be able to work independently and be a reliable team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per year
