This position is much more than the average warehouse position. Our warehouse team is highly skilled and responsible for multiple business functions including customer service and sales. The warehouse customer service role will need to become versed in our product offering, eventually offering technical advice and product recommendations to tile contractors and DIY customers. This is a high paced customer facing environment where multitasking with a positive attitude is key. We pride ourselves on having the highest quality employees in the industry. At Best Tile this position involves responsibility for general warehouse and sales tasks such as:

• Making deliveries- Includes driving a box truck, loading and unloading the vehicle, and working with customers to ensure their orders are deliverd on time safely
• Receiving and shipping large complex orders

• Material handling

• Taking, processing & picking orders

• Inventory control

• Maintain and increase sales to contractor/builder customers

• Answering telephones

• Assisting with a variety of customers

• Becoming proficient with our tile products and installation techniques
