Sales Representative - All Appointments Set (No Cold Calling or Lead Generation Required)

The largest above ground pool company in the eastern United States is looking for experienced closers in Louisville and surrounding areas. All appointments are preset and there is no cold calling or lead generation required. On average, our sales closers make $2000 - $3500 per week. Comprehensive 2.5 day training is provided.

Job Overview:

What You’ll Do -

• Go on an average of 6 - 18 preset appointments per week from buyers who have called us wanting to purchase a swimming pool. No cold calling or lead generation required. Appointments will be set within a 2-hour radius of your home address but you can travel as far as you want.
• Comprehensive 2½ day training class in hotel (HOTEL STAY PAID BY US - as well as complementary breakfast).
• We get the buyers pre-approved for financing before we schedule the appointment and make sure all decision makers will be home for your presentation (you also will be able to call them prior to driving out).
• Because the buyers are pre-approved and already ready to buy, our average close rate is 40-50%! With this close rate, you will on average close 5-6 deals/week.
• The average commission is $600-$800 per sale, so on average our reps make $2000 - $3500 /week commission.
• You will receive 50% of your pay up front and 50% after installation (installation typically takes 2-3 weeks). Payments are sent out the 5th and 20th of every month.

On top of this you get bonuses!

Bonuses:

• $50/pitch commission paid whether they buy or not (you will run 1-3 pitches per day, 6 days per week, so this bonus will consistently be at least $300/week).
• End of season bonus: $150 bonus per cash sale, $100 bonus per financed sale (paid in one lump sum at the end of the season). Our reps typically average over 100 sales per season which equates to a $10,000 bonus at the end of the season!
• Beginning of season bonus: When you return next season (next year), you get half of whatever of end of season bonus was, upfront, before you even run any appointments!

What We Provide:

• PRE-APPROVED CUSTOMERS ONLY - Every lead is ready to buy, and we confirm they’re home before you visit.
• Excellent Pay: Our sales representatives earn $2,000-$3,500 /week on average in commissions (average $600-$800 per sale) PLUS bonuses.

Requirements

All applicants must have prior sales experience, reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, valid auto insurance, and a social security card.
