What are the responsibilities and job description for the Acquisition Specialist position at East Coast REI solutions?
East Coast REI is expanding our team! We’re looking for a driven Acquisition Specialist to help us source and secure high-quality real estate deals across the East Coast.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying promising properties, conducting thorough market analysis, and managing the acquisition process from start to finish — all while working with motivated wholesalers, property owners, and our internal disposition team.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze market trends and evaluate property opportunities
- Lead negotiations and manage the full acquisition process
- Build strong relationships with sellers, agents, and industry partners
- Collaborate with our team to close deals efficiently and profitably
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong analytical and market research skills to assess property opportunities and market trends
- Experience in acquisitions and program management — overseeing property purchase negotiations and processes
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with property owners, agents, and team members
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in real estate acquisitions or sales is a big plus
