What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at East Coast Property Management?
Supervise onsite staff, maintain full occupancy, follow company policies regarding lease violations and appear in court as the property's representative, respond to emergency situations, inspect the property regularly by walking the grounds and inspecting vacancies, maintain tenant files, waiting lists and computer files, prepare month-end submissions, qualify potential tenants and oversee implementation of rent increases.
Excellent communication and accounting skills, ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
