We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our operations in Albany, NY. This in office position is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at managing administrative processes, financial documentation, and compliance tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Lead new hire onboarding and ensure flawless documentation
• Keep digital & physical files organized and audit-ready
• Track and reconcile company credit card expenses
• Support Accounts Payable (invoice processing, data entry, tracking)
• Assist with DOT compliance and documentation
• Maintain and update bid logs
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Provide day-to-day operational support
• 5 years administrative or office management experience
• Experience with Accounts Payable or financial processes
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Notary Public certification OR willingness to obtain
• DOT compliance experience
• Construction, logistics, or operations background
• Accounting or ERP system experience
• Collaborative team environment
• Competitive salary: $55,000 – $65,000
