What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural Steel Detailer position at East Coast Metal Structures Corporation?

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Create structural steel fabrication and erection prints from architectural design concepts and prints/paperwork.
- Create miscellaneous metals fabrication and erection prints from architectural design concepts and prints/paperwork.
- Proficient in SDS2, Tekla, or Advanced Steel application software.
Desired Knowledge/Experience:
- Shop fabrication
- Field Erection/Installation
- Understanding of submittals / RFI construction practices
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in utilizing SDS2, Tekla or Advanced steel
- Knowledge of AISC standards
- Modeling and 2D preparation
- Knowledge of AWS standards
- Proficient in blue beam
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
