Job Objective: The E-Commerce Manager will play a crucial role in managing our E-Commerce platform, ensuring smooth operations and driving the continuous improvement of our digital commerce initiatives. This role includes conducting QA testing, serving as the primary contact for customer and internal inquiries, driving the web feature roadmap, participating in daily development standups, and assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns.
Essential Duties/Accountabilities:
- Manage and maintain our E-Commerce platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to identify and resolve any issues or bugs within the E-Commerce platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and internal associate questions related to our digital commerce tools and platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the web feature roadmap and prioritize development efforts.
- Participate in daily development standups to ensure alignment and progress on E-Commerce projects.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns focused on promoting our digital tools and product offerings.
- Analyze E-Commerce data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep our digital commerce initiatives competitive and innovative.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
(ADA) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OR STANDARDS REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years experience in E-Commerce management, preferably with Adobe Commerce or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with web development processes and technologies.
- Strong understanding of QA testing processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Prefer experience in the HVAC industry or related fields.
- Prefer experience in B2B E-Commerce.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Minimum Education/Experience: HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Previous counter sales, HVAC, and customer service experience is desired. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must be able to use general office machines and multi-line telephone. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Language Skills: Requires the ability to read and comprehend a variety of informational documentation, procedures and correspondence. Requires the ability to read to write correspondence with proper format, punctuation, spelling, and grammar. Requires the ability to effectively communicate with customer and employees using correct English and a well-modulated voice. Requires good voice quality that is conversational and professional. Requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, guidelines and objectives.
Numerical Aptitude: Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Manual Dexterity: Requires the ability to use a variety of office machines and equipment. Must have average levels of eye/hand/foot coordination.
Physical Demands: Must be able to operate computers, calculators, copy machines, facsimile machines and other general office equipment. Extensive use of computer monitor, keyboard and telephone is required. Must be physically able to lift equipment components, parts and machinery. Occasional standing bending, stooping and/or walking are required. Must be able to use body members to work, move, and lift or carry moderately heavy objects, equipment or materials up to 20 pounds.
