As the first point of contact for two of the busiest dealerships in Myrtle Beach, you aren't just answering phones—you are the "Director of First Impressions."

The Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a professional who meets the following:

• Proven Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is required.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Google Suite.
• Communication Pro: Solid written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional appearance.
• Multitasking Master: Ability to handle a multi-line phone system for two dealerships while assisting walk-in guests.
• Proactive Personality: You don’t wait for things to happen; you are resourceful and solve issues before they escalate.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• First Impressions: Greet and assist every visitor with a welcoming atmosphere and a smile.
• Communication Management: Manage high-volume, multi-line phone systems, directing calls to Sales, Service, and Parts with precision.
• Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, calendar management, cashier and document preparation.
• Showroom Standards: Ensure the guest lounge and front desk areas remain pristine, organized and well stocked.
• Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries promptly and assist staff with office management tasks as needed.
