POSITION SUMMARY
The Sea Trail Member and Guest Experience Coordinator acts as the primary front-of-house liaison, ensuring seamless, high-quality interactions from pre-arrival to post-stay or post-event. This position coordinates with internal teams such as Marketing, Reservations, Events, and etc. to personalize service and drive satisfaction in hospitality, club, restaurant, and recreational environments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Sea Trail Member and Guest Experience Coordinator:
- Member & Guest Relations: Serve as the main point of contact, managing inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person check-ins.
- Experience Management: Oversee the end-to-end journey, including VIP greetings, personalized experiences, and post-visit follow-ups.
- Operations Coordination: Oversee facility check-ins, event logistics, and member amenities, ensuring high standards are met.
- Conflict Resolution: Execute service recovery by resolving complaints professionally using vouchers, refunds, or on-the-spot solutions.
- Communications & Reporting: Relay guest feedback to management for operational improvements.
- Marketing: Assist with Sea Trail's direct marketing.
- Ownership: Assist with ownership accommodations.
- Events: Assist Event Coordinator when needed.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
Other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of Sea Trail Golf Resort & Convention Center.
Qualifications:POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education/Credentials
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer service, or property management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for high-touch service.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Soft Skills: Strong empathy, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is often preferred, though extensive experience may be substituted.
