Install Support Specialist (Flooring)

Full Time – Hourly

Location: Topsham, ME

Overview:

East Coast Flooring is a New England based family-owned flooring installation company that works with Lowe’s Home Improvement to provide services across CT, MA, ME, and NH. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a great attitude looking to take action and grow with us.

We are looking to onboard a Install Support Specialist to join the team in our team out of our Topsham, ME office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Daily interaction with installation teams, customers, and retail partners to assist the respective party with installation projects.

· Reviewing sold projects for accuracy

· Assist in coordinating efforts to see installation projects through to completion.

· Establishing and maintaining good relationships with all parties involved

· Everything in-between

What You’ll Bring to the Team

· Experience in project coordination, specifically flooring, 3 years preferred.

· Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.

· Great problem solver and fast learner

· Knowledge of how to utilize Microsoft and Google applications.

· High School Degree or equivalent

· This position will work out of our corporate office in Topsham, ME.

· Background Check is required for all applicants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18-$20 per hour starting pay based on experience.

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week.
