This is an entry-level position with full paid training, so you do not need prior spa experience.
What You'll Do:
As a Client Experience Specialist, you support the day-to-day guest experience and help keep the spa running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Deliver consistently outstanding service that leaves guests raving about us (we call it "WOW-ing the Client")
- Check guests in, provide a quick tour and expectations for first-time guests, and connect with them after their Float
- Learn and use our proven guest experience scripted flow (we train you) so every guest gets consistent, confident service and hospitality
- Be open to coaching and repetition as you learn our scripts, standards, and sales approach
- Soft-sell Club Memberships, Packages, and add-ons based on guest goals
- Up-sell and cross-sell services and retail products
- Process payments, sell gift cards, and schedule appointments
- Answer calls and promptly return missed calls, emails, and texts
- Perform cleaning, laundry, and maintenance (Float Suites, Infrared Sauna, and common areas) between sessions and during "downtime"
- Open or close and lock up properly
- Follow established procedures and maintain a high attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and able to naturally connect with customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service background is a big plus
