East Coast Capture is a volume photography studio that provides picture day services to schools, photo sessions in our portrait studio, newborn portraits, sports and dance photography, and more! We proudly serve hundreds of schools and childcare centers throughout New England and the East Coast with one mission: to create an exceptional Picture Day experience for every school, every family, and every child. Our success has never been about taking pictures; it's about building relationships, creating lasting memories, and assembling a team of passionate people who genuinely care about the families and schools we serve. About the job:
We are currently looking to fill a full-time, seasonal customer service representative position within our operations office.
- Our fall 2026 season starts the first week of September and runs strong until mid-December.
- On the job training will be provided, and continues throughout the season.
- The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Daily tasks include:
- Composing emails and answering the phone with a positive demeanor
- Managing and organizing photo orders
- Communicating with accounts/customers
- Assisting with data entry
- Aiding production, printing, and shipping teams as necessary
- Various additional office tasks as needed
What we are looking for:
- Somebody who is outgoing, positive, and patient. You must be able to work well in a team environment
- Somebody who thrives in a fast paced, high energy environment with the ability to multitask and a willingness to work hard
- Technologically savvy: somebody who has the ability to learn new software easily, and is efficient with Google drive
- Bilingual Spanish A PLUS!
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
