We are a growing retail business seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our
store team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a
clean, organized, and fully stocked store. You?ll also play a key role in developing strong product
knowledge and delivering excellent customer service.
What You?ll Do
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with staff and customers
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge through training
Schedule
- Full-time (approximately 5 days per week)
- Flexible schedule required
- Weekends and holidays required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary commission
- Paid bi-weekly
- Paid training provided
