Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Sales to lead and sell projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in project management methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives from inception through completion. This role requires strategic planning, crew management ,stakeholder engagement, and effective resource management to ensure project success within scope, time, and budget constraints. The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving organizational growth by implementing best practices in project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties
- Lead the sales, planning and execution, and delivery of projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget
- Manage project scope changes through effective scope management and change control processes.
- Oversee program development and coordinate project portfolio management activities to align with organizational goals.
- Monitor project performance using earned value management techniques; report on key metrics such as schedule variance and cost control.
- Lead cross-functional teams by providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and managing conflicts efficiently.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management with a strong background in change management , Must have at least 6 years of site work , sanitary ,storm , water main experience
- Supervising experience leading diverse teams across multiple projects or programs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $50, $75,000.00 per year
