Job Description
STAFFING COORDINATOR
Wilmington, NC
Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall office operations including client refferalls, personnel management, client/in-home aide assignments, on call phone, and general operations.
Specific Duties:
- Personnel Management
- Ensures that all personnel policies are followed, that all appropriate documentation is properly filed.
- Assists the Agency RN and Operations Manager with the supervision of in –home aides ensuring proper assignments.
- Process in-home time sheets including confirming of hours & submission of time sheets to corporate in a timely manner.
- Client/In-home Aide Assignments
- Coordinates in-home aide assignments
- Addresses and resolves lapses in in-home aide service
- Monitors program guidelines for aides to ensure compliance.
- Oversees service compliance to ensure service to clients is meeting established levels.
- Daily ensures client coverage in accordance with the Plan of Care.
- General Operations
- Managing and resolving client complaints and problems
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least one year office management or equivalent experience with proven track record of progressive growth in the administration field. Prior home health experience helpful but not required. Proven ability to manage employees in a high stress situation. Complete understanding and working knowledge of desktop/laptop computers and current operating and software systems such as Axis Care.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
