QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications
- Familiar with data management systems and analysis
- Attention to detail and experience proofing, editing, and formatting publications
- Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Receptionist - Student Services
SALARY/RATE: $20.91 to $21.77 per hour based on experience and education per Appendix B Salary Schedule (Department and Building Assistants - Receptionist) in the District 108 Negotiated Agreement.
